The living area is set between the two bedroom suites offering complete privacy for two couples. It is luxuriously furnished with overstuffed furniture with tropical print upholstery, indoor and outdoor teak dining areas and gourmet custom kitchen with granite countertops. All on one floor and all rooms and areas open onto the veranda with cushy furnishing to relax and be overwhelmed with this exceptional location and views. Enjoy the opulence of the state-of-the-art heated pool, with therapeutic jets and a European massage waterfall. It is beautifully designed with mosaic glass tiles and surrounded by columns, arches and tropical potted plants. Trudi's personal opinion Location, Location, Location! Sterling House is a brand new, upscale property within steps of one of the most stunning beaches on Tortola - Long Bay. Perfectly positioned to view exquisite sunsets, this 2-bedroom/2-bathroom elegant villa is perfect for honeymooners or two couples. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this immaculate villa ensuring all guests have a wonderful vacation. I especially liked the private pool with waterfall and therapeutic jets as well as the verandah, which spans the front of the villa, with comfortable loungers and truly amazing ocean views. Sterling House has it all - highly recommended! |

Reviews of Sterling House Sterling House has to be the ideal property for 2 couples or 4 people on the north shore of Tortola. It's location is in the best part of the island for views, beaches, and sunsets. Being oceanfront is the best part... a few steps down to the finest sand and surf anywhere. The villa was beautifully decorated, fully stocked with appropriate gourmet kitchenware, and had very comfortable beds and outdoor furniture. The massage pool was an added bonus which felt wonderful after a day in the ocean. The owners were very helpful and provided us with anything we needed. Wifi was available. Villa also operates on a generator so when the power goes out, it is not a problem because the generator immediately provides service. This happens often in the BVIs and we never knew it other than the blinking lights on the microwave or alarm clock. Beach chairs and boogie boards were there for our use. Villa was very private and secure. We do know of any property that can top this one on Tortola! | All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom.
A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time. |
