Villa description
This newly finished two-bedroom villa is comprised of two buildings connected by a large sun-deck area. The main building has an open kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave, 4 burner stove-top and a social island with bar stools that connect the kitchen with the living area. Enjoy open-air dining under the large covered area.

The bedroom in the main building has an en-suite bathroom and outdoor stone shower with rain head. Beds can be set as either a king or two twins at your choice. The second bedroom is located just steps away on the deck past the hammock. It features a king bed, also with en-suite bathroom and outdoor stone shower with rain-head. This villa has its own mini fridge for your convenience.

Beach House is perfect for star-gazing, privacy and indoor/outdoor living.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa.
The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax.
