It's all in a name. Sunny Side Up is exactly that - a new luxurious, brightly painted villa (built in 2008) situated high on the hillside in the desirable Belmont Estate, overlooking Belmont pond. Approached from a private driveway, the accommodation comprises of three generously proportioned air-conditioned lofty bedroom suites; a gracious open plan living/kitchen area; al fresco dining and a fabulous pool with well thought out additional poolside facilities. All this is further enhanced with breathtaking 180-degree panoramic views of the ocean and outlying islands of Jost van Dyke, Sandy Cay and Sandy Spit. From the villa's many private balconies you can see the sweeping expanse of golden sand of Long Bay beach below.

Access to the main level is by a flight of white stone steps at the side of the villa. The Great Room with its airy cathedral ceiling is a large light room decorated with cushioned natural sea grass furniture giving it a restful feel and positioned to take advantage of the panoramic sea views through a series of high arched windows and doors. The open plan lounge and kitchen is separated by a bar counter with sea grass barstools while the rear of the room houses a fully functioning kitchen tastefully decorated with a wide range of mahogany cupboards and granite counter tops.

An arched doorway leads out to the pool deck with a covered alfresco dining area suitable for 8-10 people. The pool area, sheltered by the master bedroom balcony to the rear, is furnished with a casual poolside table and chairs as well as four luxury rattan cushioned sun loungers, just the thing for that afternoon snooze. A large stainless steel built-in gas BBQ, wet bar, mini-fridge, CD player and poolside shower complete this area.

At the opposite end of the pool from the Great Room is a pavilion with a separate private air-conditioned bedroom with two queen beds, cable TV and DVD player, and an en suite bathroom with a tiled outdoor shower. The arched door leads out to a private balcony with stunning sea vistas. From the pool deck, an exterior staircase brings you to the very spacious air-conditioned master bedroom on the upper level. The arched windows and doors overlook the pool area and provide breathtaking views across Long Bay and beyond. There is a king sized, four poster mahogany bed, cable TV, and a large double vanity en suite bathroom with a natural stone private outdoor shower. On the lower level is the third air-conditioned bedroom with 2 queen beds, cable TV and a tiled bathroom with walk-in fully tiled shower. The view from this room overlooks Long Bay and lush hillside.
