Sundowner is a very private one-bedroom villa with its own pool and some truly magnificent ocean views, even though the property is only a short distance above sea level. The house is situated within a few steps of the beach at Nail Bay for excellent snorkeling, and is also near Mountain Trunk Bay for further good snorkeling and swimming.
Access to the property is via a walkway through lush tropical gardens. Inside, the accommodation is open-plan, but at the same time cosy and welcoming. The combined living/dining area is nicely furnished with a comfortable sofa, and a formal dining table and four chairs. Adjacent and to the rear of this room is the kitchen, which is of an excellent size for this type of property, and extremely well equipped with all the appliances and utensils you would expect in a much larger villa. Three steps lead up to the bedroom with its ornately carved king-size bed, and a generous flat-screen TV mounted on the wall opposite. The bathroom, to the rear of the bedroom, has double basins and an inviting indoor/outdoor shower.
The outdoor space to the front of Sundowner is enchanting, with a wide wooden deck providing ample space for relaxation in the cushioned chaise lounges, cooling off in the villa’s private pool, or preparing meals on the professional BBQ. There is also an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining.
Natural stone steps through tropical gardens lead down to a further patio area with a second BBQ and the beach, with the turquoise Caribbean Sea just a few steps beyond that.
