Villa Valmarc is a short 2-minute stroll to the pristine beach of Mahoe Bay, with its spectacular coral reef in the Caribbean Sea. Villa Valmarc is surrounded by lush flower gardens and has an extensive variety of fruit trees, including mango, papaya, banana, lemon, lime, orange and star fruit. Any of which are delightful for you to enjoy with your sunset beverage while in the free form pool.
This very private villa has four air conditioned bedrooms all with their own bath suites. Two of the bath suites include an outdoor glass block shower. The villa is built with two free standing pavilions. The main pavilion has a Great Room encompassing a dining area, entertainment area, as well as a newly renovated custom kitchen including an island ideal for accompanying the serious chef while wonderful West Indian creations are being prepared. Living space is flanked by two bedrooms, each with their own walk in closet. All rooms open to a covered patio, ideal for outdoor dining and some shaded space for relaxing.
Wendy’s Watch, the second pavilion, has two air conditioned bedroom/bath suites. The upstairs suite is a complete studio apartment with a king size bed, indoor seating area as well as a small kitchen. The covered patio offers complete privacy from the rest of the villa. Downstairs is another bedroom/bath suite that also has a walk out balcony.
