Located at Leverick Bay, Virgin Gorda, Alize is a spacious villa sitting comfortably hillside affording some of the most fabulous panoramic ocean views of North Sound and the islands of Moskito, Necker, Prickly Pear and Saba Rock. 

Entrance to the villa is down a number of natural stone steps. The villa has been newly renovated to an excellent standard with quality furnishings and fixtures. Accommodation comprises of a spacious Great Room with kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is equipped with a good range of quality appliances and plenty of space for preparing meals. The dining table with 6 comfortable seagrass chairs is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows oceanside provide incredible views of the ever-changing turquoise ocean from the Great Room. A large L-shape contemporary-style sofa is positioned to enjoy the views or to watch TV. For an additional guest or two, there is a dropdown queen sleeper bed in the Great Room.

Two oversize king bedroom suites flank the Great Room, providing privacy to all guests. The master has a king bed, desk/chair and an open natural stone shower to the rear and twin basins, ensuite WC and bidet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, en suite with shower, basin and WC.

The spectacular views entice you out of the villa to the wraparound verandah, furnished with deep-cushioned sofa and chairs – the perfect place to relax soaking in the views or sipping that delicious cocktail as the sun sets on another spectacular day in the BVI.

There is no pool at Alize but guests are very welcome to use the pool at nearby Leverick Bay Resort, just down the hill. Also at Leverick Bay are two restaurants (one fine dining), bar, grocery store, varied stores, marina, water sports.
