Indigo Hill Villa is a gated 2-bedroom/3 bathroom rental villa providing spacious accommodation for guests seeking a luxurious and relaxing vacation on Virgin Gorda. Indigo Hill is furnished to a very high standard with original artwork, custom-made furniture and wonderful touches throughout. Sympathetically built amongst huge granite boulders, this stunning property is finished to an extremely high standard.
The villa comprises of two pavilions: the main pavilion houses an air-conditioned Great Room with comfortable, deep-cushioned, L-shaped sofa and lounge chairs. High speed wi-fi is available throughout, the 65” Smart TV with NYC-based streaming TV subscription is conveniently in the living area and further entertainment can be enjoyed from the turntable and selection of albums. The unique indoor 8-seater dining table is perfectly positioned to appreciate the garden and ocean views. The Great Room also houses the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with all the appliances even the most enthusiast cook will appreciate, from the 6-burner professional stove to HexClad cookware, a wine cooler to the Nespresso machine, everything has been thought of to provide a truly wonderful villa experience so you can enjoy preparing meals at your villa as well as enjoying dining at local restaurants. All kitchenware, dinnerware and glassware is of the highest quality.
Bi-fold doors from the Great Room open fully to a large semi-circle terracotta terrace with dining for up to 12 people and sea views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel. From this terrace is an outdoor shower. Steps lead down from the terrace to the freeform pool and stone deck furnished with cushioned loungers, all of which are surrounded by the unique granite boulders this area of Virgin Gorda is well known for.
From the Great Room, stairs lead up to the air-conditioned master bedroom suite with comfortable king-size bed, good storage and a spacious bathroom with rainfall shower and double sinks. Surrounding windows let in plenty of light and both garden and ocean views can be enjoyed from this suite.
The gardens are extremely attractive, well maintained with mature planting of tropical trees, palms and vibrant flowering plants. Accessed by a path from the main entrance through the garden is Indigo Hill’s air-conditioned Guest Cottage. This very inviting, spacious king suite has good storage, a spacious bathroom with rainfall shower and double sinks. A well-equipped kitchenette provides the convenience of not having to walk to the main kitchen to prepare drinks, snacks or simple meals.
Due to the terrain at Indigo Hill, the villa is not suitable for children or guests with limited mobility.
