Seaglass Villa sits 400 feet above sea level at the base of Gorda Peak and offers panoramic views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and enjoys almost constant trade wind breezes. Designed and landscaped for privacy and relaxation, Seaglass consists of a two-bedroom, two-bath main house and a one-bedroom guest suite – Seaglass Studio, both fully furnished, each with its own separate pool, patio and grill.
The main house has an open-concept living area with a bright and airy fully-equipped kitchen with custom bamboo cabinetry, glass-infused concrete countertops and breakfast bar, a spacious living room and dining area, and is the perfect space for entertaining. A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine, with a queen-sized futon for extra overnight guests, and an outdoor balcony, perfect for stargazing and taking in amazing sunsets and views of surrounding islands. The two bedrooms at Seaglass Villa flank the Great Room and open directly onto the expansive patio with pool, lounge chairs, covered outdoor dining and tropical gardens; the master bedroom has a large, screened-in outdoor shower.
Seaglass Studio is cleverly designed and well proportioned, making great use of the interior space, and has most of the amenities – in both the house and the surrounding area – that guests might reasonably require while on vacation in the BVI. The Studio is furnished with comfortable modern furniture using restful colours and good-quality linens.
Seaglass Villa and Studio is the perfect setting for a truly rewarding and relaxing vacation, whether you spend it reading a great book by the pool, exploring the island’s many secluded beaches and other natural features or sampling local cuisine with friends and family.
Seaglass Villa and Studio are never rented separately, assuring privacy at all times.
