Great! Well equipped home with great views, perfect for our family

Is there anything you would recommend be added or removed from the property?
The only comment – Hooks for towels. We had 2 kids that were in the pool any chance they got. Between that and showers, we used a lot of towels. We often used the dryer to dry them between use or hung them on the rail, but wish we had a place to hang them between use so not to put them on furniture.

How would you rate the services of the owner/on-island manager?
They were great. We often saw the property manager around the grounds doing work keeping it beautiful. He was always available and very nice

How would you rate the services of the housekeeper/maid?
The housekeeper was very nice and very good. She ensured we had towels and always made the house feel so clean and comfortable

Did the villa/inn meet your expectations?
Yes and then some – we loved it and hope to return!

Would you recommend the villa to others?
100%

We had a great time and the Treehouse is a great villa with wonderful views. Best of the BVI is a great organization and they know all their properties, which is very helpful. We were in the BVI four months after Hurricane Irma and Trudi made sure we were in a great villa since we had to change villas due to villas that were damaged.
