1 Paradise Lane is a 2-bedroom upper level apartment with a spacious roof terrace enjoying exquiste ocean views. The property is comfortable and extremely well equipped and provides accommodation for *6 guests but best suited to 4 guests. In the living room, floor-to-ceiling glass windows not only let in copious amounts of light when closed but also slide fully open when required, creating a feeling of somehow living within the tropical grounds. The kitchen to the rear of the living has all the appliances any enthusiastic cook will require. There is also indoor dining to seat up to 8 guests.
There are two bedrooms at 1 Paradise Lane, the master king with en suite plus an outdoor shower, and the second bedroom which can be made up as 2 twins or a king; this also has ensuite facilities. There is a half bathroom close to the entrance of the property. There is a day bed in the living room which can be made up as 2 twins or a king.
Exterior steps lead to the private roof terrace with loungers, hammock and garden games. Also there is a dining table for alfresco dining under the stars. Views from 1 Paradise Lane overlook the enticing pool and the natural stone terrace below, as well as the seemingly ever-present ocean beyond. To the rear of the living area is a well-equipped kitchen and a convenient breakfast bar. Next to the living room is the king bedroom suite with a large bathroom and a private outdoor shower.
1 Paradise Lane can be rented with Sunset Watch (lower apartment) and Sundowner to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.
