Positioned on Leverick Bay’s highest ridge, this outstanding villa affords fabulous far-reaching views of the surrounding North Sound and outlying islands. The villa is built over three pavilions – the living pavilion plus two separate bedroom pavilions for additional privacy. Set in mature tropical gardens, the villa has an impressive infinity pool with plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing.

The Great Room with dramatically high ceilings encompasses the living, formal dining and kitchen areas. The professional kitchen is a cook’s delight with every imaginable appliance you could dream of. Just outside the Great Room is a convenient full bathroom with shower. The covered verandah wraps three sides of the Great Room and provides a sizeable area for cooking on the grill and alfresco dining.

The poolside bedroom pavilion accommodates two king bedroom suites whilst the garden pavilion houses two further king bedrooms suites; all air-conditioned bedrooms have spacious bathrooms, private verandahs and TVs.
